No internet service or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your password, device, login details, and verification codes.

Your request should include the email address or phone number linked to your account. Do not send your password or verification code.

After verification, we will delete or anonymize eligible information, subject to legal, security, fraud-prevention, backup, and dispute resolution requirements.

Geonnect is not intended for children under the minimum legal age required to use online services in their country. Users must meet the minimum age stated in our Terms and Conditions.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children who are not legally permitted to use Geonnect. If you believe that a child has created an account in violation of this policy, contact us so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.

Geonnect and its service providers may process or store information in countries other than the country where you live.
